摘要
[目的]研究稻草浸提液对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感效应。[方法]利用室内培养试验，研究不同质量浓度稻草浸提液对小麦种子发芽、叶重、苗高、根系长度、根干重的化感效应。[结果]稻草浸提液对小麦发芽表现为抑制作用，且随着稻草浸提液浓度增加，抑制作用增大。不同浓度稻草浸提液对叶重、苗高、根系长度、根干重都有影响，稻草浸提液对叶重影响因品种不同而不同，低浓度时都为促进作用；对小麦苗高都是促进作用；低浓度的稻草浸提液对小麦根长、根干重为促进作用。[结论]稻草浸提液对小麦种子萌发有抑制作用，低浓度稻草浸提液对幼苗生长有促进作用。
Abstract
Objective]To study the allelopathic effect of rice straw extract on seed germination and seedling growth of wheat.[Method]The indoor culture experiments were conducted to study allelopathic effects of rice straw extract on wheat germination ,leaf weight,seedling height, root length, root dry weight.[ Result] The results showed that extraction of rice straw showed inhibitory effect on wheat seed germination , when straw extract concentration increased, inhibition increased.Different concentrations of straw extract have different allelopathic effects on leaf weight, seedling height, root length, root dry weight.Allelopathic effects of straw extract on leaf weight varied with different wheat varieties. Low concentration of rice straw extract increased wheat seedling height.The low concentration of rice straw extracts increased wheat root length and root dry weight.[ Conclusion] Rice straw extract showed inhibitory effect on wheat seed germination and promotive effect on seedling growth of wheat at low concentrations.
