摘要
[目的]研究龙葵乙醇提取物的抑菌作用。[方法]以天然植物龙葵为原料,采用超声辅助乙醇提取龙葵生物活性成分,将提取物配置成50、100、150、200 mg/mL 4种不同浓度的溶液,利用滤纸琼脂扩散法研究不同浓度龙葵生物成分对枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌3种菌种生长的影响。[结果]一定浓度的龙葵乙醇提取液对3种菌种均有抑制作用,且随着龙葵提取液质量浓度的增加,3种菌种的抑菌效果越显著,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制效果最明显。[结论]龙葵提取液具有一定的抑菌作用,且抑菌效果随着龙葵提取液浓度的增加而增强。
Abstract
Objective] The aim was to study antibacterial effect of ethanol extracts of Solanum nigrum.[Method]With natural plant Solanum nigrum L.as raw material, by ultrasonic assisted ethanol extraction of bioactive constituents in Solanum nigrum, then configured to 50, 100, 150, 200 mg/mL 4 different concentrations of solution, using filter paper agar diffusion method to study effects of different concentrations of Solanum nigrum biological components on Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus growth.[ Result] The results indicated that a certain concentration of Solanum nigrum ethanol extracts had inhibitory effects on three bacteria.With the increasing concentration of Solanum nigrum ethanol extracts, the antibacterial effects were more obvious, especially on Staphylococcus aureus.[Conclusion] Solanum ni-grum extract has certain antibacterial effects, and the inhibitory effect increased with increasing concentration of the extracts.
