加米霉素是动物专用的半合成大环内酯类抗生素，对于防治牛的呼吸系统疾病具有显著疗效，有广阔的应用和发展前景。综述了加米霉素的理化性质、合成方法和药理活性，旨在为该药在兽医临床上的应用提供参考。
Abstract
Gamithromycin is a novel semisynthesis macrolide for animals,which has curative effects on prevention and treatment of bovine respir-atory disease,and has wide application and development prospects .In this research,the physic-chemical properties,synthesis conditions and phar-macological activities were reviewed,which aimed at providing reference for clinical veterinary application.
