观赏用枫香优树选择与种质资源收集

摘要
[目的]建立观赏用枫香选优标准，建立采穗圃、基因库，为选育观赏用枫香新品种提供依据。[方法]采用枫香叶色亮丽度等8个因子进行分级评分的方法制定标准；釆用无性繁殖方法培育优树苗木，营建采穗圃和基因库。[结果]建立观赏用枫香选优标准，选出观赏用枫香优树50株，建立采穗圃0．33 hm2、基因库0．33 hm2。[结论]观赏用枫香选优标准具科学性、可操作性和实用性；采穗圃和基因库的建立为开发新品种奠定了基础。
Abstract
Objective] The aim was to establish plus tree selection standard for ornamental use Liquidambar formosana, cutting orchard and gene bank, to provide basis for new variety breeding.[Method] 8 factors were adopted to formulate evaluation standard;Asexual reproduction method was used to culture excellent seedling and built cutting orchard and gene bank.[ Result] The plus tree selection standard was estab-lished.50 plants of ornamental use Liquidambar formosana were selected, 0.33 hm2 cutting orchard and 0.33 hm2 gene bank was built.[Con-clusion] Plus tree selection standard is scientific, operational and practical; cutting orchard and gene bank lays a foundation for development of new varieties .
