摘要
分析了重庆市承接产业转移后的经济环境变化和土地流转市场的发展状况，总结得出，产业转移对土地流转市场的影响体现在5个方面：转移剩余劳动力、提升交通便捷度、完善社会保障制度、提高农业现代化水平和提供建设用地指标。
Abstract
The change of economic environment and development status of land circulation after industry transfer in Chongqing City was ana-lyzed.Effects of industry transfer on land circulation market reflect in five apects :transferring surplus labor force, enhancing the traffic conven-ience, perfecting social security system, improving agriculture modernization level, providing construction land indicators.
