摘要
根据对江西、贵州和浙江3省18村进行访谈、问卷调查所得的数据，从村庄和农户层面分析公益林建设工程对林农收入的影响。结果表明，公益林建设工程对林农家庭总收入的影响不大，但对林农林业收入存在负面影响，且影响程度与公益林区经济价值正相关。因此，政府如何制定分类补偿标准是实现公益林可持续发展的关键。
Abstract
According to the interview, investigation and questionnaire of 18 villages in Jiangxi, Guizhou and Zhejiang, we analyzed the effects of public welfare forest construction project on farmers’ income from the layers of villages and peasant households.Research showed that pub-lic welfare forest construction project had little impact on the total income of peasant households.However, it showed negative effects on the income of forestry farmers, and the influence degree had positive correlation with the economic value of public welfare forest area.Therefore, how to establish the classification compensation standard was the key to realize the sustainable development of public welfare forest .
