摘要
基于“互联网＋农业”较传统农业在农业生产、农产品营销、信息传递等方面存在的优势，针对黑龙江省“互联网＋农业”建设取得的成果及面临的挑战，建议将黑龙江省资源优势与互联网相结合，同时增强农民网络意识、培养高素质专业人才、加快农村电信基础设施和现代化农村物流体系建设，以期推进黑龙江省“互联网＋农业”的发展。
Abstract
Compared with traditional agriculture, Internet+agriculture has many incomparable advantages in agricultural production, agricul-tural products marking and information transmission.Aiming at the achievements and challenges in construction of Internet+agriculture, it was suggested that we should combine resource advantages of Heilongjiang with Internet, improve farmers’ net consciousness, develop high-quality professional talents, accelerate the construction of rural telecommunication infrastructure and modern rural logistics system to promote the de-velopment of Internet+agriculture in Heilongjiang.
