摘要
我国古代很多经典的水利建设实例是当今建设学习借鉴的宝贵资源。该研究阐述了杭州西湖产生的原因，概述了杭州西湖变迁与水利建设的密切联系，并梳理了杭州西湖与钱塘江、周边群山、农田灌溉、城区发展及风景园林格局之间的关系，探究了西湖变迁过程中水利建设所体现的整体观，以及在当今水利建设中应遵循风景统筹的整体性思想。
Abstract
There were a lot of classic water conservancy construction in ancient China , which become the valuable resources of modern con-struction.Reasons for the generation of the West Lake in Hangzhou were elaborated, the close contact between the West Lake changes and the water conservancy was reviwed, the West Lake relations with Qiantang River, surrounding mountains, irrigation, urban development and land-scape architecture pattern were studied, the overall view of water conservancy construction in the West Lake change process was explored, as well as principles of landscape as a whole that we should follow in the modern water conservancy construction .
