摘要

手扶式茶树修剪机是为丘陵山地茶园设计的一种轻小型、易操作的修剪机。在分析了整机结构和工作原理的基础上,应用UG软件对手扶式茶树修剪机进行虚拟样机创建,并对虚拟样机进行了干涉检查以及结构强度和刀片工作性能分析,保证了该修剪机的设计合理性和实物样机的制造质量。

Abstract

Walking type tea plants pruning machine is a light-small and easy to operate pruning machine , designed for hilly mountain tea gar-den.On the basis of the analysis of the whole structure and working principle , a virtual prototype of walking type tea plants pruning machine was created by UG software.Then the interference check of the virtual prototype was carried out , the structural strength and blade performance were analyzed.It ensured the design rationality of the pruning machine and the manufacturing quality of the physical prototype .
