摘要
以上海市古树名木管理业务为基础，采用业务流程与开发再造理论对其现有业务流程进行分析、优化，在流程再造的基础上，对信息系统进行分析、设计与开发，完成古树名木智能信息化管理系统的开发，实现古树名木的查询浏览、统计分析、智能识别的信息化管理功能。
Abstract
Based on the management business of old and famous trees , business process and reengineering theory was used to analyze and op-timize the current business process.On the basis of the new reengineering business processes, the information system was analyzed, designed and developed.The intelligent information management system of old and famous trees were developed , so as to realize the information man-agement functions of the query and browse, statistical analysis, intelligent identification of old and famous trees.
