摘要
新型职业农民培育不仅是时代发展的诉求，也是传统农民走出身份束缚的必经之路。笔者从马克思主义农民教育理论、舒尔茨的人力资本理论、终身教育理论以及斯内登的职业教育理论为理论基础，分析了新型职业农民培育对发展现代农业、提高农村的整体水平及农民收入的价值所在，最后指出培育新型职业农民的路径选择。
Abstract
Cultivating new professional farmers is not only the demand of the times development , but also the only way for traditional farmers to go out of the shackles of identity.Based on Marx's theory of peasant education, Schultz's theory of human capital, lifelong education theory and Syden's theory of vocational education, the value of new professional farmers cultivation in developing modern agriculture , improving the overall level of rural areas and farmers’income was analyzed, the path choice of cultivating new professional farmers was proposed.
