摘要
[目的]研究蒜头果蛋白微观结构与其抗肿瘤活性的关系。[方法]采用红外光谱及圆二色谱等方法研究蒜头果蛋白微观结构的变化。[结果]蒜头果蛋白在顺式构型状态下较稳定,是一种α+β型蛋白质。[结论]试验结果为进一步研究蒜头果蛋白的结构与功能奠定了基础。
Abstract
Objective] The relationship between microstructure and anti-tumor activities of malanin were analyzed.[Method] We studied the microstructure of malanin by infrared spectra and circular dichroism.[Result] Malanin had more stable state in the cis-configuration, and it was a protein with α+βtype.[ Conclusion] The results lay the foundation for further research on the structure and anti-tumor activities func-tion of malanin.
