摘要

[目的]筛选适宜的繁蜂技术和方法。[方法]采用烤烟漂浮苗、成株、假植苗3种方法繁殖烟蚜茧蜂,并对繁蜂效果进行分析。[结果]漂浮苗繁蜂成本较低,周期短,但是病害发生较严重;成株繁蜂量较大,但是周期长,成本也较高;假植苗繁蜂效果较好,成本较低。[结论]试验结果为毕节选择适宜的繁蜂方法提供了理论依据和技术支撑。

Abstract

Objective] To screen the appropriate propagation technology and method.[Method] Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead was propagated by flue-cured tobacco floating seedlings, adult plants, and heeled-in seedlings.The propagation effects of A.gifuensis were analyzed.[ Result] Floating seedlings had relatively low cost and short cycle of propagation , but the disease occurrence was relatively serious .The adult plants could propagate a large amount of A.gifuensis, but needed long cycle and high cost.Heeled-in seedlings showed relatively good propagation effects and relatively low cost.[ Conclusion] The research results provide theoretical basis and technology support for the selection of appropriate propagation method of A.gifuensis in Bijie.
