摘要
在长春市中心城区“三旧”现状调查的基础上，利用ArcGIS 10平台构建数据库，绘制专题图件，着重构建“三旧”改造潜力指标体系，核算改造的规模潜力、经济潜力，进行“三旧”改造潜力评估与分析，结合可持续发展理念及研究区土地开发利用实际情况提出更加优化的土地改造模式。
Abstract
Based on investigation of “three old” status in the central urban area of Changchun, using ArcGIS 10 platform to construct database, drawing maps, establishing “three old” transformation potential index system, accounting scale potential, economic potential,“three old” trans-formation potential was evaluated and analyzed .Combining with sustainable development idea and actual situation of land development and use in the study area, a more optimized mode of land transformation was proposed.
