摘要
土地流转政策实施在经济新常态下的战略性与系统性对我国农产品供应链重构具有深层次影响。基于二者的战略共性分析土地流转背景下农产品供应链的重构理论基础，从战略和战术层面构建了全生命周期农产品供应链多维动态重构体系，规划其重构行为选择模式、反应规则和风险控制等；并通过将其应用于中百集团“自营物流＋链锁超市”为核心农产品供应链的行为选择，证明了其科学合理性，可为相关研究提供借鉴。
Abstract
It is strategic and systemic for implementation of land circulation policy under new normal economic which has closely relationship with China’s agricultural products supply chain reconstruction.This paper firstly laid its theoretical basis based on common strategy.Then the whole life cycle reconfiguration framework was proposed from the strategic and tactical level on agricultural products supply chain .And its behav-ior selection model, reaction rules,and risk control were also planned.At last, an example about the development of agricultural products supply chain as core of "self-run logistics +chain supermarket"in Zhongbai group was given, which provides an reference for relevant studies.
