摘要

[目的]研究腐殖酸肥对重茬烤烟光合特性的影响.[方法]以烤烟品种龙江911为试验材料,采用盆栽方法研究0、25、50、100、150、200 9/株的腐殖酸肥对重茬烤烟(5年茬)光合特性的影响.[结果]腐殖酸肥可以提高重茬烤烟的叶绿素含量、光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci).当腐殖酸肥施加量50 g/株时,烟株生长状况最佳,长势最好,烤烟叶绿素含量呈先增加后下降的趋势,有利于促进后期烟叶成熟落黄;在烤烟旺长期间,叶片光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)分别比对照高24.54%、51.68%和25.93%,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)比对照低3.08%.[结论]该研究可为筛选适宜重茬烤烟生长的优质肥料提供理论依据.

Abstract

[Objective] To study effects of humic acid fertilizer on photosynthetic characteristics of continuous cropping flue-cured tobacco.[Method] With Longjiang 911 as material,using pot culture method,effects of 0,25,50,100,150,200 g/plants humic acid fertilizer on photosynthetic characteristics of continuous cropping flue-cured tobacco were studied.[Result] Humic acid fertilizer could significantly improve the chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate (Pn),stomatal conductance (Gs),transpiration rate (Tr),inter-cellular CO2 concentration (Ci).When humic acid fertilizer applying quantity was 50 g/plant,the growth of tobacco were best,the chlorophyll content was increased at first and then decreased,that is beneficial to leaves turn yellow.During the most vigorous period,the photosynthetic rate (Pn),stomatal conductance (Gs),transpiration rate (Tr) were higher than CK by 24.54%,51.68%,25.93%,and the inter-cellular CO2concentration (Ci)was reduced by 3.08%.[Conclusion] The study can provide theoretical basis for selecting appropriate fertilizer for continuous cropping fluecured tobacco growth.
