摘要
[目的]探讨多效唑在辣椒育苗中的应用.[方法]研究不同浓度(50、100、200 mg/kg)的多效唑对辣椒苗期生长的影响.[结果]多效唑能够有效减少辣椒育苗中徒长现象的发生,辣椒幼苗的株高有显著降低,叶片的叶绿素含量和壮苗指数均有明显提高;与对照相比,100 mg/kg多效唑处理辣椒幼苗的株高降低了14.8%,茎粗增加了10.6%,叶片的叶绿素含量增加了27.5%,壮苗指数提高了50.0%,干重、鲜重差异不明显.[结论]综合各项测定指标,多效唑在辣椒育苗中应用以100 mg/kg浓度为宜.
Abstract
[Objective] The application of PP333 in pepper seedlings was studied.[Method] Effect of PP333 at different concentrations of 50,100 and 200 mg/kg on growth of pepper seedlings was studied.[Result] The PP333 could effectively inhibit the occurrence of leggy seedlings in pepper seedling cultivation.The plant height of pepper seedlings decreased significantly;the chlorophyll content of pepper leaves and seedling strength index were improved obviously.Compared with control,the plant height of pepper under the treatment of 100 mg/kg PP333 was decreased by 14.8%;the stem diameter of pepper was increased by 10.6%;the chlorophyll content of pepper leaves was increased by 27.5%;the seedling strength index was improved by 50.0%;the difference of fresh and dry weight of pepper seedling was not obvious.[Conclusion] Considering various measurement indicators,the concentration of 100 mg/kg was suitable for the application of PP333 in pepper seedlings.
