摘要

[目的]建立提取、分析油菜花粉中所含挥发油成分的方法.[方法]通过4种方法提取油菜花粉挥发性成分,分别为用蒸馏水作溶剂采用甲法(适合密度<1的挥发油)、乙法(适合密度>1的挥发油)对油菜花粉挥发油进行提取,提取后的残渣再用无水乙醚进行二次提取并浓缩,最后一种方法则用环已烷直接对油菜花粉挥发油进行提取并浓缩,最后得到4个样品,通过气质联用方法对以上样品进行分析测定.[结果]甲法、无水乙醚及环已烷所提成分相对较多,且均为直链烷烃,如C27H55 、C28H58.其中无水乙醚与环已烷所提取的浸膏得率相对较高,分别为8.55%、8.63%.[结论]环已烷提取挥发油的效果最好.油菜花粉中所含挥发油均为直链烷烃.

Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to establish extraction and analysis method of volatile oil contained in rape pollen.[Method] By four different extraction methods of volatile components of rape pollen,using distilled water as solvent,respectively by A method (for volatile oil density less than 1),B method (for volatile oil density greater than 1) to extract the volatile oil of rape pollen,extraction residue was extracted with anhydrous ether for two times and concentrated,and finally a method was to directly with cyclohexane on the volatile oil of rape pollen extracted and concentrated,got 4 samples at last,through the GC-MS analysis method to determine the above samples.[Result] A method,anhydrous ether and cyclohexane by composition was relatively more,and for the straight-chain alkanes,such as C27H56,C28H58.The anhydrous ether and cyclohexane extract extraction rate of extractum was relatively high,respectively 8.55%,8.63%.[Conclusion] Cyclohexane extraction of volatile oil have the best effect.Rape pollen contained in the volatile oil are alkanes.
