摘要
[目的]研究拜城油鸡公鸡A-FABP基因的表达与肌内脂肪含量之间的相关性.[方法]随机选取拜城油鸡公鸡90只,随机分为3组,每组30只.采用索氏抽提法和荧光定量PCR方法分别在12、18和24周龄测定胸肌和腿肌中肌内脂肪含量和A-FABP基因的相对表达量.[结果]随着周龄的增长,肌内脂肪含量显著增加,相同周龄拜城油鸡公鸡腿肌中肌内脂肪含量极显著高于胸肌中肌内脂肪含量(P＜0.01).不同周龄间、胸肌和腿肌间A-FABP基因的相对表达量差异不显著(P＞0.05).[结论]拜城油鸡公鸡A-FABP基因的表达水平与肌内脂肪含量没有显著相关.
Abstract
[Objective] To study the correlation between the expression of A-FABP gene and intramuscular fat in male Baicheng Fatty Chicken.[Method] Ninety male Baicheng Fatty Chicken were randomly selected and divided into three groups.There were thirty chicken in each group.The content of intramuscular fat in breast muscle and leg muscle of male chicken and the relative expression level of A-FABP gene were determined by using Soxhlet extraction method and fluorescence quantitative PCR.[Result] The content of intramuscular fat significantly increased with the prolonging of week-age.The content of intramuscular fat in leg muscle was significantly higher than that in breast muscle at the same week-age (P ＜ 0.01).The relative expression level of A-FABP gene had no significant difference between the breast muscle and leg muscle,among different week-ages (P ＞ 0.05).[Conclusion] The relative expression level of A-FABP gene in male Baicheng Fatty Chicken might have no significant correlation with the content of intramuscular fat.
