摘要
介绍了一种经济高效获取突变序列的方法.该方法克服了传统的基因定点突变样品双峰测序峰图分析工作量大、操作繁琐、结果判定周期长等问题,通过与野生型序列的对比分析,判定突变类型,直接获取突变型基因序列,从而为基因定点突变技术中快速筛选、确定阳性样品及其研究奠定理论基础.
Abstract
A quick method to obtain the sequence of mutation was mtroduced.The traditional sequence analysis method of site-directed gene mutagenesis had the problems such as complicated operation,long result determination cycle and high cost of research.Mutations in the sequence and the type of mutation could be obtained by direct comparison with the wild type sequence.As a result,this method could obviously improve the work efficiency and also provided an economical and etficient sequence analysis for the selection of positive samples of gene site mutation technique for researchers.
