摘要
科技特派员在基层开展创业及服务的模式有多种,如何与服务对象建立真正意义上的利益共同体并开展精准扶贫工作是关键的一环.在大数据、大扶贫战略环境下,只有创新服务模式,找准帮扶对象,科技特派员才可以充分发挥其优势,带领群众共同脱贫致富,创新创业.基于此,该文提出“团队协作扶贫创新模式”,以期有效助力精准脱贫.
Abstract
There are a variety of models to carry out entrepreneurship and services by science and technology correspondent at the grassroots level,how to establish a real interest community with service subject and carry out precise poverty alleviation work is a key link.Under big data,great poverty alleviation strategy environment,only innovating service model,identifying the object of assistance,science and technology correspondent can give full play to their strengths,and lead the masses to jointly take off poverty,innovation and entrepreneurship.On the basis of this,innovative model of teamwork poverty alleviation was proposed,so as to support precise poverty alleviation.
