摘要
针对秸秆发酵制取燃料乙醇的工艺特点,基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)技术与组态软件(MCGS)设计了发酵过程系统软件平台.对秸秆发酵制取燃料乙醇系统的软件结构进行了阐述,包括上位机组态软件流程、登录和发酵过程监控界面、系统警报和报表以及下位机软件设计流程,并通过软件对程序进行编程设计,最后将设计好的系统软件在镇江日泰公司进行实际安装与调试,取得较好的效果.
Abstract
According to the production process characteristics of straw fermentation fuel ethanol,the software system of fermentation process was designed based on PLC and MCGS configuration software.The structure of the software of straw fermentation fuel ethanol process was elaborated,including PC configuration software process,configuration design,database configuration,device driver configuration operation and lower computer software design process,and through the software programming design of the program,the actual installation and commissioning were carried out in PiTAI company,achieved good results.
