摘要
根据中国知网(CNKI)核心期刊论文检索数据,运用文献计量方法,从年代分布、基金分布、期刊分布、机构分布、关键词分布5个方面对我国农村弱势群体信息服务研究现状进行分析.结果表明:我国农村弱势群体信息服务研究成果呈上升趋势,同时农村信息服务体系建设仍存在区域发展不均衡的现象;国内该领域研究创新力不足,国际影响力不足.结合国内学科发展情况,提出国家层面制定农村弱势群体信息服务的长期规划、引入企业关注农村信息服务体系建设、整合现有资金来源、完善相关共享机制等解决对策,以提高我国农村弱势群体信息服务质量.
Abstract
According to the literature retrieval data in CNKI core journals,the current situation of information service of the rural vulnerable groups was analyzed by bibliometric analysis from the aspects of year distribution,fund distribution,journal distribution,institution distribution,and key words distribution.Results showed that the research achievements in information service of the rural vulnerable groups showed a increasing trend,and rural information service system construction still had the phenomenon of unbalanced regional development.It was found out that the research innovation in this field was insufficient,as well as the international influence.Combing with the development situation of domestic disciplines,countermeasures were put forward to enhance the information service quality of rural vulnerable groups,such as establishing the long-term planning of information service of the rural vulnerable groups at national layer,introducing the rural information service system construction with enterprise concerning,integrating current capital source,and perfecting related sharing mechanism.
