北京地区生物医药行业高技能型人才的需求情况与培养对策
Demand for Highly Skilled Talents in the Biological Medicine Industry in Beijing and Training Countermeasures

综述了生物医药产业的基本概念、北京地区生物医药产业发展趋势,并对来自亦庄、通州和顺义的10家生物医药公司针对高职高专毕业生设置的岗位、岗位职责、核心技能等方面进行调研,在此基础上总结分析高职院校在人才培养方面存在的问题并提出相应的解决措施.
Abstract
The conception about biological medicine industry and its development tendency were summarized,then the post and responsibility and core skills for graduates in higher vocational colleges were investigated based on the results from more than ten biomedicals companies.On the basis of this,some problems existing in talents cultivation were analyzed and some advices for vocational college were proposed.
