高等农业院校烟草化学教学方法探析

摘要
针对烟草专业本科生的特点,以理论联系实际和学以致用为基本原则,分别分析和列举了兴趣激发式教学法、多媒体教学法、知识点串联教学法、典型案例教学法、理论联系实践教学法和课堂讨论教学法6种教学方法.教学实践证明,相关教学法可以促进烟草专业本科生更好地掌握烟草化学的基础理论知识,以及烟草化学成分对烟叶品质的影响,同时增强了烟草专业本科生发现问题和解决问题的能力,能更好地适应新形势下烟草行业对人才素质的需求.
Abstract
According to the undergraduate characteristics of tobacco major,six teaching methods were analyzed with the basic principle of linking theory with practice and learning to meet practical needs,which were interests arousing teaching method,multimedia teaching method,knowledge in series teaching method,typical case teaching method,linking theory with practice teaching method,and class discussion teaching method.Teaching practice proved that these teaching methods could promote the undergraduates in tobacco major to better grasp the basic theoretical knowledge of Tobacco Chemistry,enhance the impacts of tobacco constituents on tobacco quality,increased the ability of undergraduates to find and solve problems,and to help them to better adapt to the new situation.
