摘要
[目的]筛选合适的菌草栽培赤芝培养基配方.[方法]采用试管法对6种菌草、2种辅料进行配方筛选优化.对筛选配方中菌丝和子实体生长状况进行观察.[结果]适合菌草栽培Ga0801(赤芝)的配方是1号(78％芒萁+20％麸皮+2％石膏)、2号(78％五节芒+20％麸皮+2％石膏)、6号(78％绿洲1号+20％麸皮+2％石膏)和10号(30％芒萁+48％类芦+20％麸皮+2％石膏)配方,其中6号配方最优,该配方菌丝生长旺盛,原基形成时间早,子实体壮实,生物转化率高.[结论]该试验为菌草栽培赤芝的大规模市场栽培提供了科学依据.
Abstract
[Objective] To screen the culture medium formula for Ganoderma lucidum cultivated by JUNCAO.[Method] Six kinds of JUNCAO and two auxiliary materials were screened by test-tube method.The growth situations of hypha and fruiting body in selected formulas were observed.[Result] The suitable formulas for Ganoderma lucidum (Ga0801) cultivated by JUNCAO were No.1(78％ D.dichotoma +20％bran +2％ gesso),2(78％ M.floridulus +20％ bran +2％ gesso),6(78％ P.oasis 1 +20％ bran +2％ gesso) and 10(30％ D.dichotoma +48％ N.regnaudiana +20％ bran +2％ gesso).Among them,formula No.6 was the optimal,which had vigorous mycelium growth,early formation of primordium,strong fruiting body and high biotransformation rate.[Conclusion] This research provides scientific basis for the large-scale market cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum by JUNCAO.
