摘要
[目的]通过田间试验验证宝路种衣剂包衣后对玉米的壮苗增产效果.[方法]通过对玉米苗期出苗率、干鲜重、产量、生理指标的测定和细胞学切片观察,与满适金种衣剂处理及空白对照对比,研究宝路种衣剂对玉米的田间壮苗增产效果.[结果]宝路包衣后,与对照相比,出苗率提高8％,产量提高13％;显微镜观察显示,玉米叶片维管束更宽,疏导组织更发达.[结论]宝路种衣剂在推荐剂量下包衣后,可大面积推广应用.
Abstract
[Objective] To study the strong seedling and increasing yield efficiency of seed coating agent Baolu in corn field through field experiment.[Method] By detecting the emergence rate,fresh and dry weight,yield and physiological characteristics of com and observing the cytological section,we researched the strong seedling and increasing yield efficiency of seed coating agent Baolu in corn field,compared with those of seed coating agent Manshijin and blank control groups.[Conclusion] After applying the seed coating agent Baolu,the emergence rate and yield increased by 8％ and 13％,respectively,comapred with the control;microscope observation indicated that the transportation tissue was more developed with wider vascular bundles of leaves.[Conclusion] Seed coating agent Baolu can be applied in large scale at the recommended dose.
