摘要
[目的]降低雨水对酿酒葡萄生长的影响,提高酿酒葡萄品质.[方法]2011-2012年在赤霞珠葡萄上开展避雨栽培试验,研究避雨栽培对赤霞珠葡萄病害发生与果实品质的影响.[结果]避雨栽培能够有效降低赤霞珠霜霉病、灰霉病等病害的发生;在葡萄生长后期降雨较多的年份,避雨栽培可确保葡萄顺利通过成熟期;在葡萄生长后期降雨较少的年份,避雨栽培赤霞珠果实可溶性固形物、还原糖、有机酸等指标相比露地栽培差异不明显;在同等酿造条件下,避雨栽培赤霞珠酿造的葡萄酒在口感、色泽等方面明显优于露地栽培.[结论]避雨栽培能够有效降低雨水对酿酒葡萄生长的影响.
Abstract
[Objective] To reduce the effect of rain on Vitis vinifera growth and improve the quality of V.vinifera.[Method] The rain-shelter cultivation experiment was conducted on Cabernet sauvignon in year of 2011,2012.The effects of rain-shelter cultivation on disease occurrence and fruit quality of V.vinifera Cabernet sauvignon were studied.[Result] Rain-shelter cultivation can effectively reduce the incidence of downy mildew and gray mold.In years with higher levels of rainfall in the late grapes,rain-shelter cultivation can ensure the grape successfully passed mature period.There had no obvious difference in soluble solids,reducing sugar,etc.of Cabernet sauvignon between rain-shelter cultivation and culturing in the open.Color and taste of wines brewed from Cabernet sauvignon by rain-shelter cultivation were superior to production in the open.[Conclusion] Rain-shelter cultivation can effectively reduce the influence of rain on V.vinifera growth.
