摘要

[目的]研究永瓣藤不同基质、插条部位和光照对扦插繁殖的影响,以便更好地进行永瓣藤的迁地保存.[方法]采用不同插条部位、不同基质对永瓣藤进行扦插繁殖,并进行不同光照试验.[结果]永瓣藤扦插生根率较高,是适合永瓣藤繁殖的有效手段;含有机质、保水性好、透气性好的基质适合永瓣藤的扦插繁殖;全光照或郁闭的环境抑制永瓣藤的营养生长,散射光条件下永瓣藤营养生长较好,永瓣藤生殖生长需要一定的光照,过于郁闭的环境不利于永瓣藤的生殖生长.[结论]该研究有利于对永瓣藤的种质资源进行保存、保护,加大种群数量,为永瓣藤的保护和利用提供科学依据.

Abstract

[Objective] To research the effects of substrates,cutting positions and illumination on the cutting propagation of Monimopetalum chinense,and to better carry out ex situ preservation.[Method] Different substrates and cutting positions were used for cutting propagation of M.chinense.And illumination test of M.chinense was carried out.[Result] M.chinense cutting had relatively high rooting rate,which was an effective means for M.chinense propagation.Substrate containing organic matter with good permeability and water-retaining property was suitable for the cutting propagation of M.chinense.Full illumination or canopy environment restricted the vegetative growth of M.chinense.Under the condition of scattered light,the vegetative growth was better.The reproductive growth required some light,too closed canopy environment was not conducive to the reproductive growth of M.chinense.[Conclusion] This research is helpful to save and protect the germplasm resources of M.chinense,to enlarge the population quantity,and to provide scientific references for the protection and utilization of M.chinense.
