摘要
[目的]研究不同养分类型配比对加工番茄产量和品质的影响.[方法]试验设5个养分配比处理(T1、T2、T3、T4、CK).研究不同处理对加工番茄平均单果重、实际产量、糖酸比、Vc含量、可溶性固形物含量、番茄红素含量的影响.[结果]不同处理对加工番茄单株结果数、平均单果重影响显著,产量表现由大到小依次为T3、T4、T1、T2、CK.不同处理对加工番茄Vc含量影响在(128.7±0.8)~(132.1±0.6) mg/kg不显著;T4处理可溶性固形物最高,其他依次为T、T3、T2、CK;番茄红素含量从大到小依次为T4、T1、T3、T2、CK,最高达7.93 g/kg.该试验配合施用有机肥和功能型含硅肥料对加工番茄较好.[结论]试验为加工番茄高产优质栽培提供理论依据.
Abstract
[Objective] To research the effects of different fertilizer treatments on the yield and quality of processing tomatoes.[Method] Five fertilizer treatments were designed,including T1,T2,T3,T4 and CK.We researched the effects of five fertilizer treatments on the average weight of single fruit,actual yield,Vc content,lycopene content,soluble solid content and sugar-acid ratio of processing tomatoes.[Result] Different treatments had significant impacts on average number of fruits,average weight of single fruit;the yields in different treatments from big to small were in the order of T3,T4,T1,T2,CK.Different treatments had no significant impacts on Vc content of processing tomatoes within the range of (128.7 ±0.8)-(132.1 ±0.6) mg/kg.Soluble solid content was the highest in T4 treatment,followed with T1,T3,T2 and CK.Lycopene contents in different treatments were in the order of T4,T1,T3 and T2,and the highest value reached 7.93 g/kg.These indicated that application of both organic fertilizer and silicon fertilizer showed better effects on processing tomatoes.[Conclusion] This research provides theoretical basis for the high-yield and high-quality cultivation of processing tomatoes.
