摘要

[目的]探索不同酸体系微波消解对水系沉积物重金属Pb和Cd测定结果的有效性.[方法]选取8种不同混合酸体系对水系沉积物样品进行微波消解,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)测定标准样品中Pb和Cd含量.[结果]采用6HNO3+2HCl+2HF混合酸体系-微波消解法对水系沉积物和土壤样品进行预处理,样品中Pb和Cd的测定结果基本在标准物质参考值范围内.[结论]该体系可用于含Pb、Cd的水系沉积物及土样的微波消解预处理,具有消解完全、污染少、效率高和准确度高等优点,多次测定获得较好的结果,值得进一步推广应用.

Abstract

[Objective] To discuss the effectiveness of the determination results of heavy metals Pb and Cd in stream sediments by microwave digestion with different acid systems.[Method] Eight mixed acid systems were selected to pre-treat the samples of stream sediments,and Pb and Cd contents in standard samples were determined by using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS).[Result] The samples of stream sediments and soil were pre-treated by using 6HNO3 + 2HCl + 2HF and microwave digestion method.The determination results of Pb and Cd in samples were basically in the range of reference values of standard substances.[Conclusion] This system can be used in the microwave digestion pretreatment of stream sediments containing Pb,Cd and soil samples,and it has complete digestion,less pollution,high efficiency,high accuracy and other advantages.This system should be popularized and apphed because better results can be obtained from many times of determination.
