摘要

[目的]优化金刺梨黄色素的提取工艺.[方法]通过单因素试验优化金刺梨黄色素的提取奈件,再用正交试验对超声波提取金刺梨黄色素的工艺条件进行研究,分别考察了提取时间、提取温度、辐射时间以及料液比对金刺梨黄色素提取率的影响.[结果]金刺梨黄色素超声提取的最佳工艺条件为辐射时间60 min、料液比(g∶mL)1∶7、提取时间2.5h、提取温度60℃.[结论]该研究可为金刺梨黄色素的提取提供参考.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to discuss the optimal technique for extracting flavochrome from Rosa sterilis.[Method] Extraction technology of flavochrome from Rosa sterilis was researched by single factor test.Rosa sterilis flavochrome was extracted with the technique of ultrasonic wave by orthogonal test.Effect of extraction time,extraction temperature,radiation time and ratio of liquid to solid on the extraction rate of Rosa sterilis flavochrome was investigated.[Result] The optimal extraction technology of Rosa sterilis flavochrome was optimized as follows:radiation time 60 min,solid-liquid ratio (g∶ mL) 1∶ 7,extraction time 2.5 h,extraction temperature 60 ℃.[Conclusion] This research offers references for the extraction of flavochrome from Rosa sterilis.
