摘要

[目的]建立简便、快速、高效的测定不锈钢容器中铅、镍、镉、铬、砷的方法.[方法]采用微量进样、冷凝雾化、在线添加内标物的方式对影响因素进行了研究,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法直接测定不锈钢容器中铅、镍、镉、铬、砷.[结果]该方法线性范围宽,线性相关系数大于0.999,样品加标回收率83.8%~111.1%,相对标准偏差在10%之内.[结论]该方法具有快捷、准确、灵敏度高、精密度好等优点,可满足不锈钢容器中铅、镍、镉、铬、砷的检测要求.

Abstract

[Objective] To establish a simple,rapid and efficient method to determine Pb,Ni,Cd,Cr,and As in stainless steelfood containers.[Method] With the aids of the micro-injection,condensation-atomization,method of adding internal standard online,influencing factors were studied,Pb,Ni,Cd,Cr,and As in stainless steel food containers were determined by ICP-MS.[Result] The established method had the broad linear-range characteristics,and the linear correlation coefficient was over 0.999.Meanwhile,the adding standard recovery could up to 83.8%-111.1%,and the ralative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 10%.[Conclusion] The method is rapid,accurate,high sensitive and precision,which can meet the demand of Pb,Ni,Cd,Cr,and As detection in stainless steelfood containers.
