摘要
[目的]监测乐清湾北部贝类产品微生物、贝类毒素、多氯联苯和重金属含量.[方法]对浙江省乐清湾北部189个贝类样品中大肠杆菌、菌落总数、多氯联苯、铅、镉、腹泻性贝类毒素和麻痹性贝类毒素进行监测和分析.[结果]乐清湾北部贝类的大肠杆菌、菌落总数、麻痹性贝类毒素、腹泻性贝类毒素符合农业部Ⅱ类以上贝类生产养殖区规定,可直接上市销售.铅、镉和多氯联苯符合《食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762-2012)相关要求.[结论]该研究可为掌握浙江省乐清湾北部贝类产品质量安全状况提供数据.
Abstract
[Objective] To monitor the contents of microorganism,shellfish toxins,polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBS) and heavy metals in shellfish products in the northern part of Yueqing Bay.[Method] The number of Escherichia coli,total number of colonies,polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs),Pb,Cd,paralytic shellfish toxins and diarrhetic shellfish toxins in 189 shellfish samples were monitored and analyzed from the northern part of Yueqing Bay.[Result]The number of E.coli,total number of colonies,paralytic shellfish toxin and diarrhetic shellfish toxin conformed to the second standards in the producing and breeding areas of shellfish of Ministry of Agriculture,so it could be sold on the market.The detection results of Pb,Cd and PCBS were in accordance with.the requirements of Maximum Levels of Contaminants in Foods (GB 2762-2012).[Conclusion] The study can provide data for mastering the quality safety situations of shellfish products in the northern part of Yueqing Bay,Zhejiang Province.
