摘要
[目的]研究3种山西委陵菜属植物叶中总黄酮的含量.[方法]通过4因素3水平的正交试验,考察料液比、乙醇浓度、提取温度和提取时间对委陵菜、西山委陵菜、翻白草3种山西委陵菜属植物总黄酮超声波提取的影响.[结果]最终得到委陵菜、西山委陵菜和翻白草叶中总黄酮提取的最优方案,在各自相应的最佳方案下提取的总黄酮含量分别为13.13、36.48和45.97 mg/g,西山委陵菜和翻白草叶中总黄酮含量显著高于委陵菜叶总黄酮含量.[结论]西山委陵菜和翻白草叶中黄酮类成分更为丰富,是很好的药用植物资源.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study total flavonoids content in leaves of three species in Potentilla L.in Shanxi.[Method] The effects of solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,extraction temperature and extraction time on the ultrasound-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from three species in Potentilla L.were investigated by orthogonal test with 4 factors and 3 levels.[Result] The optimal solutions were obtained for the extraction of total flavonoids.Under respective optimal solutions,the yields of total flavonoids from P.chinensis,P.sischanensis and P.discolor were 13.13,36.48 and 45.97 mg/g,respectively.The contents of total flavonoids in P.sischanensis and P.discolor were significantly higher than that in P.chinensis.[Conclusion] The flavonoids was richer in P.sischanensis and P.discolor leaves which were excellent medicinal plant resources.
