摘要

[目的]利用不同工艺提取黄瓜藤,研究其提取物抑菌作用.[方法]首先采用水煎煮法和醇提取法对黄瓜藤进行提取,滤纸片法、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)法测定提取液对大肠杆菌、福氏痢疾杆菌的抑菌作用,并用十字交叉法计算抑菌圈的直径.[结果]黄瓜藤水提取液对大肠杆菌和福氏痢疾杆菌的抑菌直径均大于10 mm,黄瓜藤水提取液对大肠杆菌和福氏痢疾杆菌的MIC均为59.56 mg/mL.甲醇提取液对大肠杆菌和福氏痢疾杆菌的MIC分别为8.69、17.39 mg/mL.[结论]黄瓜藤水提取液和甲醇提取液对大肠杆菌和福氏痢疾杆菌均有抑菌作用,氯仿提取液对大肠杆菌和福氏痢疾杆菌均无抑菌作用.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to study the antibacterial activity of extracts from cucumber stem by different techniques.[Method] Water decoction and ethanol extraction method were used to extract cucumber stem,filter paper method and MIC was adopted to determine the antibacterial activity to E.coli and F's dysentery bacillus,the diameter of inhibition zone was calculated by the cross method.[Result] The bacteriostaic diameter of cucumber stem water extract to E.coil and F's dysentery bacillus was greater than 10 mm,the MIC was 59.56 mg/mL.The MIC of methanol extract to E.coil and F's dysentery bacillus was 8.69,17.39 mg/mL,respectively.[Conclusion] The water extracts and methanol parts of cucumber stem had inhibitory effect on E.coli and F's dysentery bacillus,no antibacterial effect was observed in the chloroform extract of E.coli and F's dysentery bacillus.
