摘要

[目的]明确徐州市草莓灰霉病菌对嘧霉胺的抗药性.[方法]2014、2015年在徐州不同草莓保护地采集草莓灰霉病菌(Botrytis ci-nerea)样品,经单孢分离得到93个草莓灰霉病菌菌株,采用菌丝生长速率法测定其对嘧霉胺的抗药性.[结果]检测的抗性菌株比例高达53.76%,且以低抗菌株为主,占35.48%.徐州市不同区县抗性菌株抗性频率不同,其中铜山区、贾汪区、睢宁县、沛县已出现高抗菌株.[结论]徐州市草莓灰霉病菌对嘧霉胺已产生不同水平的抗药性,以低抗菌株为主,且抗性菌株较普遍,应合理更换或轮换使用与嘧霉胺无交互抗性的药剂.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to clear resistance detection of Botrytis cinerea to pyrimethanil in Xuzhou.[Method] We collected Botrytis cinerea samples from different strawberry protected areas in 2014 and 2015,isolated 93 Botrytis cinerea strains through single spore isolation,and determined its resistance to pyrimethanil by mycelial growth rate method.[Result] The rate of resistant strains reached 53.76%,which were mainly low resistant strains,accounting for 35.48%.The resistant strains in different regions had different resistance frequency,among them Tongshan district,Jiawang district,Suining district and Peixian had high resistant strains.[Conclusion] The Botrytis cinerea in Xuzhou had generated different levels of resistance,and were mainly low resistant strains,so some regents which had no interaction resistance with pyrimethanil should be used to effectively control Botrytis cinerea.
