摘要

[目的]明确烟台市牟平区花生叶斑病的适宜发病条件,并筛选其杀菌剂.[方法]分离并鉴定烟台市牟平区花生叶斑病病原菌,研究温度和光照对该病原菌生长及产孢的影响,通过田间试验研究6种杀菌剂对花生叶斑病的防治效果.[结果]花生网斑病病原菌(Phoma arachidicola Marasas Pauer&Boerema)和花生褐斑病病原菌(Cercospora arachidicola Hori)是引起该地区花生叶斑病的病原菌.25℃、12 h光暗交替条件最适宜2种病原菌生长并产孢,百泰、阿米妙收、金极冠3种药剂对该地区花生叶斑病的防效和增产效果较好,且在试验过程中未发现田间药害,值得推广.[结论]试验结果为花生叶斑病的综合防治提供了参考.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to clear the suitable occurrence conditions of peanut leaf spot in Muping Region of Yantai City and screen out its fungicides.[Method] We isolated and identified peanut leaf spot pathogens in Muping Region of Yantai City,studied effects of temperature and light on growth and spores of peanut leaf spot pathogens,and studied control effects of six fungicides on peanut leaf spot by field experiment.[Result] The peanut leaf spot pathogens in Muping Region of Yantai City included Phoma arachidicola Marasas Pauer&Boerema and Cercospora arachidicola Hori.The conditions of 25 ℃ and 12 h alternation of light and darkness were most suitable for growth and spores of peanut leaf spot pathogens.Three fungicides like Baitai,Amimiaoshou and Jinjiguan had good efficiency on peanut leaf spot in Muping Region of Yantai City and good yield-increasing effect,and had no harm to peanut in field,so they was worthy to popularize.[Conclusion] The results provide reference for integrated control of peanut leaf spot.
