摘要

[目的]明确不同温度过热蒸汽预处理对枫香木材性能的影响,为进一步提高枫香木材性能提供理论依据.[方法]研究不同温度过热蒸汽预处理对枫香色度、尺寸稳定性、防霉效果和耐腐性的影响.[结果]过热蒸汽预处理能够诱发枫香表面色度向红色方向变化,提高其外观品质;提高枫香的尺寸稳定性,减少变形、开裂等缺陷;一定程度上抑制细菌生长,提高枫香的防霉和耐腐性能.其中140℃过热蒸汽预处理效果最佳,对可可球二孢、桔青霉、黑曲霉、绿色木霉具有较好的防治效果,枫香被害值为1,防治效力达60%;耐腐性方面,140℃过热蒸汽预处理枫香的质量损失率达9.05%,比未处理样降低了27.83%,耐腐朽等级达Ⅰ级.[结论]过热蒸汽预处理能够提高枫香木材性能.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to clear effect of superheated steam on the properties of Liquidambar formosana to provide theoretical basis for improve properties of Liquidambar formosana wood.[Method] We pretreated wood of Liquidambar formosana by different temperature of superheated steam,and analyzed the chroma,anti-mold effects,decay-resistant and dimensional stability of treated wood.[Result] The superheated steam pretreatment could induce the surface of Liquidambar formosana to red,improved the appearance qualityand dimensional stability.The pretreatment also reduced deformation,cracking and other defects of Liquidambar formosana.The superheated steam pretreatment could inhibit the growth of bacteria,improved the corrosion resistance and mildew of Liquidambarformosana.In all treatments,the optimum temperature of superheated steam was 140 ℃.In this condition,the superheated steam could inhibit the growth of Lasiodiplodia theobromae,Penicillium visidicatum,Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma viride.And the damage degree and prevention effect of Liquidambar formosana were grade Ⅰ and 60%.Mass loss of Liquidambarformosana pretreated by 140 ℃ superheated steam was 9.05%,27.83% lower than untreated sample.The decay-resistant degree was grade Ⅰ.[Conclusion] The superheated steam could improve properties of Liquidambar formosana.
