摘要
对天水市近年来基于人工影响天气技术的人工增雨、防雹、防霜作业范围及其规模、主要作业方式、作业区的减灾效益等在气象防灾减灾方面的应用进行了分析,为进一步发展人工影响天气工作及提高气象灾害防御能力提供依据.
Abstract
The application of weather modification for meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation in Tiansnhui in recent years was analyzed from aspects of precipitation enhancement,hail suppression,frost prevention scope and scale,main operation ways,disaster mitigation benefit,so as to provide reference for further carrying out weather modification and improving meteorological disaster prevention capacity.
