摘要
基于新形势下农业发展对农业技术推广工作提出的新要求,从农业技术推广人员的政治素质、政策水平、职业道德、专业能力、创新精神和法律素质等角度分析优秀农业技术推广人员应该具备的基本工作能力,探索切实有效的农技推广方法,旨在提高农民科学技术水平,更好地发挥基层农业技术工作的真正作用,适应现代化建设的需要,有力促进现代农业发展和社会主义新农村建设.
Abstract
Based on new requirements for agricultural technology extension work under new situation,the basic work ability of excellent agricultural technology extension personnel was analyzed from perspectives of political quality,policy level,professional ethics,professional ability,innovative spirit and legal quality.The effective method of agricultural technology extension was explored,so as to improve the scientific and technological level of farmers and better play the role of agricultural technical work in grassroots,meet the demands of the modernization construction,and promote the development of modern agriculture and the construction of new socialist countryside.
