采煤塌陷区人工湿地改造社会影响评价——以江苏省沛县为例

摘要
以沛县安国镇采煤塌陷区人工湿地改造项目为例,运用深度访谈法、问卷调查法和模糊综合评价法,对采煤塌陷区人工湿地改造项目进行社会影响评价.结果表明,采煤塌陷区人工湿地改造项目的社会影响主要体现在社会稳定、社会公平与效率以及社会发展3个方面,沛县安国镇采煤塌陷区人工湿地改造项目区社会影响总体良好.
Abstract
Taking the artificial wetland alteration in the coal-mining subsided area in Anguo Town of Pei County as study area,using the methods of questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the social impact of the artificial wetland alteration in the coalmining subsided area was assessed.The results showed that the social impacts of the artificial wetland alteration in the coal-mining subsided area include the following aspects,such as social stability,social justice and efficiency,and social development.Generally speaking,the social effects of the study area were fine.
