摘要
从农业生产规律、农业劳动特征层面分析得出家庭经营适应农业自身规律,从经济学、社会学、管理学等理论层面分析了家庭经营的理论基础,进而分析了农业生产中家庭经营的必要性和可行性.研究结果有助于加深理解家庭经营在新型农业经营体系中的主体地位.
Abstract
From the law of agricultural production and the characteristics of agricultural labor level,we analysed that the family management to adapt to the law of agriculture itself.The theoretical basis of family management was analyzed from the economics,sociology and management theories.Then the necessity and feasibility of the family management in agricultural production were researched.This study helps to deepen understanding the dominant position of family management in the new agricultural management system.
