摘要
为提高学生的食品微生物检测的操作和实践能力,针对合肥师范学院食品质量与安全专业,结合企业岗位需求设计了食品微生物检测课程的翻转课堂教学模式,并对采用该模式后可能遇到的问题展开了分析和探讨.
Abstract
In order to improve the operation ability and practical ability of the students' food microbiological detection,the flipped classroom was designed by the current job requirements of enterprises and introduced to the food microbiology teaching which involved students in food quality and safety from Hefei Normal University.The paper analyzed and discussed the problems which might exist in this teaching mode.
