摘要
以民国时期武夷岩茶制作文献为研究对象,介绍其内容,总结其价值,为了解与保护岩茶制作技艺提供文献资料的支撑.
Abstract
By taking the literature of the Repuiblic of China on the preparation of Wuyi rock tea as the research object,this essay introduced the contents,and summarized the value in order to protect the preparation of Wuyi rock tea.
