摘要
对2005—2015年西安市土地平均价格数据进行分析，利用长期趋势法对2016—2020年西安市的地价水平进行预测。研究表明，2016—2020年西安市地价水平呈现稳中有升的趋势。政府应采取诸如加强土地价格监测和预警机制、完善地价的市场形成机制、优化土地供应结构等管理对策，对城市地价进行宏观调控。
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the average land price data of Xi’an from 2005 to 2015, the land price level of Xi’an duing 2016—2020 was predicted by the long-term trend method.The results showed that the land price level of Xi’ an City showed a trend of steady rise in the next 5 years.The government should take such measures as strengthening the land price monitoring and early warning mechanism , perfecting the market formation mechanism of land price, optimizing the structure of land supply and so on, in order to control the urban land price.
