东北国有林区职工家庭生计资本再造研究

摘要
以SLA分析框架为理论基础，以东北国有林区职工家庭为研究单位，运用实地问卷调查数据，对东北国有林区职工家庭生计能力脆弱性进行分析。结果表明，社会资本越来越成为影响职工家庭生计脆弱性的重要因素，理顺职工家庭的社会关系是职工家庭社会资本再造的重要途径。
Abstract
Based on the theory of SLA analysis framework, with worker family in northeast state-owned forest as the study unit, using field survey data, the vulnerability of worker families’ livelihood capital reengineering ability in northeast state-owned forest of China was analyzed.The re-sults showed that social capital has increasingly become the important factor affecting worker family livelihood vulnerability .Handling the social worker family relationship was an important way to promote the worker families social capital reengineering .
