摘要
在对云南省一些生态移民点、扶贫点、移民局和扶贫办进行实地调研的基础上，分析了生态移民与扶贫工作中存在的问题，提出了相应的解决对策：综合设计生态移民和扶贫规划；多方位筹措生态移民安置资源；合理分配移民资金；落实生态恢复行动；完善生态移民相关法律法规；统一生态移民与扶贫资金调度，明确其功用；克服生态移民和扶贫工作中的“短视”行为，树立长远目标。
Abstract
Based on the field research of some ecological migration plots,poverty alleviation plots,immigration offices and poverty relief offices in Yunnan Province, the problems existing in the ecological migration and the poverty alleviation work were analyzed .Meanwhile corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems were put forward ,such as integrated design ecological immigration and poverty alleviation plan;multidimen-sional raise resettlement resource for ecological migration;reasonable allocate money to immigration;implemente ecological restoration;perfect relevant laws and regulations of ecological migration;unify scheduling ecological immigration and poverty alleviation funds ,clarify its function;o-vercome short-sighted ecological migration and poverty alleviation work,set up long-term goals.
