摘要
[目的]研究不同授粉品种对东红猕猴桃授粉后果实品质的影响.[方法]以武汉植物园选育的雄性品种磨山雄1号、磨山雄2号、M3611和M3647对红心猕猴桃东红进行人工授粉试验,研究其授粉后果实的大小、形状、颜色、风味及营养成分的差异.[结果]红心猕猴桃东红接受不同雄性品种的花粉授粉后,其坐果率,采收期的单果重,软熟期的色度、总糖、总酸、维生素C等呈显著性差异.4个雄性品种中,以磨山雄2号和M3611授粉的果实品质较佳,外果皮金黄色,内果肉红色,果实风味佳.[结论]4个雄性品种与红心猕猴桃东红授粉后,以M3611表现最佳,其次是磨山雄2号.
Abstract
[Objective] Effects of different pollination cultivars on fruit quality of red-fleshed kiwifruit Donghong were investigated.[Method] Took Moshanxiong 1,Moshanxiong 2,M3611 and M3647 bred by Wuhan botanical garden as pollination cultivars,artificial pollination test was carried out on red-fleshed kiwifruit Donghong.The fruit size,shape,color,flavor and nutritional components were studied.[Result] The result showed there had significant difference in fruit-setting rate,fruit weight at harvest stage,hue-angle,total sugar,total acid,vitamin C contents during soft ripe stage,when the red-fleshed kiwifruit cultivar Donghong fertilized by different pollinators.The fruit qualities of Moshanxiong 2 and M3611 were better,they had golden yellow epicarp,red pulp and good taste.[Conclusion] After fertilization by different pollinators,the M3611 has best performance,followed by the Moshanxiong 2.
