摘要
[目的]研究不同季节环境下从润叶到成品的水分变化规律,为提高制丝过程水分控制能力及成品水分稳定性提供理论依据.[方法]按照行业标准要求对卷烟产品进行感官评吸,确定烘丝最佳脱水量,同时基于玉溪卷烟厂制丝过程数据,运用Minitab进行方差分析和回归分析.[结果]烘丝脱水量为5.60%时,感官质量总得分最高;制丝生产过程水分变化存在明显的季节性规律,春夏季显著高于秋冬季,尤其是润叶出口到生丝、纯丝到混合丝;在固定脱水量时,春夏季纯丝水分中心控制值为13.67%,生丝为19.27%,润叶为20.47%;秋冬季纯丝水分中心控制值为13.41%,生丝为19.01%,润叶为19.84%.[结论]通过水分的季节性调控,可有效指导生产,同时提高制丝过程水分控制能力及卷烟成品水分稳定性.
Abstract
[Objective] To study moisture variation law of tobacco from moistening leaf to finished product,to provide theoretical basis for improving water control ability and moisture stability in finished products.[Method] According to the industry standard,the optimum dehydration amount in tobacco drying process was determined.Based on the data of Yuxi Cigarettes Factory,Minitab was applied to conduct variance analysis and regression analysis.[Result] The results showed that when drying tobacco to take off5.60% water,total score of sensory quality is the highest;the moisture change in tobacco production process existed obvious seasonal patterns,spring and summer were significantly higher than in autumn and winter,especially from moistening leaf to raw tobacco,pure tobacco to mixed tobacco;when dehydration amount was fixed,the pure tobacco moisture center control value was 13.67%,raw tobacco was 19.27%,moistening leaf was 20.47% in spring and summer;the pure tobacco moisture center control value was 13.41%,raw tobacco was 19.01%,moistening leaf was 19.84% in autumn and winter.[Conclusion] Water seasonal adjustment can effectively guide the production,improve the control ability of tobacco moisture process and moisture stability of finished cigarette.
